Working full time with associates  developing and presenting Railroad Training - Safety, Operations, Mechanical Locomotive and  Car Department, Track and Grade Crossing Signal Online or Onsite.   I have over 30 years experience in a broad range of rail activities: learning, teaching, doing, planning, organizing, controlling.  Worked on Class1s, 2s, and 3s, bankrupt roads.  Worked for/with the largest industrial company and largest steel manufacturer worldwide.  Hands on worker, supervisor, manager.  Third generation railroader with 4th generation railroader son.   Always working safe, never a dull moment, always flexible yet tenacious, well developed sense of humor.  Optimist.  I have stood on the backs of giants and its a great view.
